PFR TFI is engaged in the creation of investment funds, their management and representation before third parties as well as the management of the collective securities portfolio. Our activities are focused on three areas: employee capital plans, foreign expansion and management of closed investment funds.
PFR TFI S.A. operates on a commercial basis. Our functioning is regulated by the Act of 27 May 2004 on investment funds and the management of alternative investment funds. Similarly to all Investment Fund Associations (Towarzystwa Funduszy Inwestycyjnych –TFI), we are subject to supervision by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
We manage investment funds. Our portfolio includes both closed specialised funds – directed at real properties, innovations, infrastructural investments or foreign expansion, as well as open target-date funds dedicated to the ECPs.
