Manager with 15+ years experience in managing corporate finance as well as in accounting with broad expertise in controlling, audit, merger and acqusitions. He has worked in consulting companies – KPMG and EY, financial institutions – PKO BP and Polish Development Fund groups as well as in Telemetrics Technology – a tech firm. Currently he manages finance and controlling at Polish Development Fund (PFR S.A.).

Co-author of the Employee Capital Plans programme – he was the leader of the interdisiciplinary project team working for the Ministry of Development that prepared key assumptions and project of the Act on Employee Capital Plans. 

He has completed doctoral studies at the Collegium of Management and Finance at Warsaw School of Economics, previously graduating from the same university majoring in Finance and Banking. Since 2009 listed as statutory auditor by the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

Professor of finance, lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics (WSE) and other foreign universities (e.g. Shanghai University, University of Barcelona, Sussex University, University of Wales), with extensive professional experience in investment banking in Poland and abroad. Doctorate in finance at the University of Wales.

Highly acclaimed lecturer, TOP 10 WSE Lecturer every year, several-times winner of the Inspiration of the Year Award for the best Warsaw School of Economics undergraduate lecturer, many times awarded with the title of the Best Lecturer of the MBA-WSE programme, also several-times winner of the Most Outstanding Warsaw Executive MBA Faculty Award. Winner of many scientific prizes, including one of the most important prizes in Poland for economists – the Citi Handlowy Prize for outstanding contributions to the development of finance and economics.

Co-author and lecturer acting in cooperation with University of Minnesota, Community of European Management Schools and International Companies, Ernst & Young Academy of Business. Co-author and coach conducting training for international corporations, including AXA and Philip Morris. Member of the Team for awards of the President of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland. Expert in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on valuations. Author of more than 100 reports containing investment recommendations. He has experience in the capital market and regular contact with managerial staff of the world's largest investment funds and management boards of listed companies on emerging markets.
